Their strength is in translating owner requirements into deliverable project plans and governance frameworks.
Description: This role demands end-to-end ownership of network and data center capacity delivery across concurrent builds. The position serves as the program leader, managing strategy from approach definition through to operational handover.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects.
- Oversee all phases of complex data center construction, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate tenant fit-out and LV integration, managing the interface between design, construction, and commissioning.
- Manage high-stakes vendor relationships, including selection and contract negotiation.
- Engage directly with Colo and LV partner leadership to drive accountability.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect project timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion.
- Deep technical understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements (focus on sustainability/cutting-edge tech).
- Strong strategic planning skills, specifically establishing program-level requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse teams under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Conditions:
- US: Hiring Range in USD from: $110,000 to $220,000 per annum.
- May be eligible for bonus and equity
