Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Team leadership: Lead project managers and analysts on multi-site and utility-scale programs.
- Contracts and risk: Handle subcontract negotiations, change-order management and risk-mitigation planning.
- Scheduling standards: Set WBS structures, float policies and schedule best practices.
- Compliance and reporting: Oversee federal and state incentive tracking and executive-level reporting.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Controls, Finance and Legal to meet all reporting and milestone requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering degree.
- PMP or PMP preferred / PM certs a plus.
- 10+ years of EPC/EPCM leadership experience with focus on solar/BESS.
- Demonstrated track record delivering large-scale capital projects and strong financial acumen.
- Strong communicator|Exceptional presenter with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
