Description
Lead the EPC delivery function for utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage projects across Germany and the EU. Responsible for execution strategy, contractor selection and building scalable delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Own EPC strategy and execution across the portfolio; set technical and commercial standards.
- Select and manage EPC contractors; negotiate contracts and oversee contractor performance and HSE compliance.
- Coordinate handover from development to execution; work with finance, legal and development teams.
- Build and lead the delivery team; define KPIs and drive high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with German and EU technical, environmental and HSE standards.
- Support risk mitigation, cost control and delivery governance.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in renewable project delivery with focus on solar and/or BESS.
- Demonstrated track record delivering large-scale projects in Germany/EU.
- Technical degree in engineering; PMP or similar is a plus.
- Fluent German preferred; comfortable with EU travel.
