About the Role:
Construction Project Manager
Location: Mid-Atlantic US (Virginia region)
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Manage new-build data center projects from planning to commissioning.
- Oversee budgets, change orders, and onsite safety protocols.
- Liaise between clients, contractors, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field.
- 3+ years managing Tier III/IV data-center shell and core projects, with focus on mission-critical electrical distribution.
- Proficiency in Accubid, Oracle, and MS Project.
Conditions:
- Salary: 135K–170K + performance incentives.
- Company-paid certifications and safety training.
- 25% travel allowance and relocation assistance.
